Baby Vogue workshop

I attended a Baby Vogue workshop on baby posing  a few weeks ago. These are a few of the poses we went over. It was a lot of fun hanging out with other photographers and taking pictures of ADORABLE babies all day!

Camera used- D90 with 105mm 2.8 macro and D300 with 50mm 1.8. I like to shoot with 2 cameras so I don't have to be changing lenses as much during the shoot..... I know it kind of defeats the purpose of owning a DSLR but I do use other lenses sometimes : )

Baby " A"

I had the pleasure of photographing this little girl at 5 days old. She is the most allert baby I have had in my studio to date! No amount of feeding, swaddling, bouncing would keep her sleeping longer than 2 minutes. She was happy..... just not sleepy. Here are a few of the shots we got for mom and dad :)

Beautiful Children.....Beautiful Light.....

These images make me happy. I love the light. I love the expressions. I love that it was taken on their family farm during harvest with their dads driving combines and grain trucks around us.
